security

Squish Software spends significant time, energy, and funds ensuring that our applications and their extensions are as safe and secure as possible.

But even though we pride ourselves on providing secure software, nothing is perfect. Mac OS X, which is widely considered to be one of the most secure operating systems on the market today, has had its built-in security breached and been hacked countless times over the past couple of years.

We take exploits in our software very seriously. Once we learn of a security flaw in one of our pieces of software, we literally drop everything we're working on that moment and proceed to immediately correct that flaw. After rigorous testing against the new fix, we push the update to all current users -- of course without charge.

If you find a security flaw in one of our software offerings and believe it is too critical to post onto our public bug tracker, please contact us right away at security at squishsoftware.com with all of the information you can provide (software affected, how to reproduce the exploit, if you have any suggestions on how we might fix it, etc.). If we can confirm that this is a flaw/exploit and are able push a patch, we will contact you about a reward. The more information you can provide us and the higher criticality of the flaw, the better the reward.
